Brief Job Overview/Summary

Under direction of supervisor, applies paint and other coating materials to various surfaces from ground level and/or scaffolds, platforms and ladders at various heights, using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.

NOTE: This is Summer Temporary Job

Descriptions of Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Under direction of supervisor, applies paint and other coating materials to various surfaces from ground level and/or scaffolds, platforms and ladders at various heights, using brushes, rollers, and spray guns
• Follows accepted methods and uses proper materials and/or tools in order to prepare various surfaces for painting
• Cares for and cleans standard painting tools
• Does related work as required
• Maintains accurate reports and records as necessary
• Other work as assigned by supervisor
• Support Stockton University’s diversity commitment and strong student-centered vision and mission

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years’ experience painting interior and exterior of buildings and
   structures
• Must have ability to perform all essential functions of the position
• Valid driver’s license required
