Brief Job Overview/Summary

The CTLD seeks to hire an individual with excellent communication skills who is technically inclined and eager to learn additional computer systems such as Blackboard. This individual will be organized, apt in customer service and detailed oriented, while able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Descriptions of Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Clerical - Monitor CTLD office e-mails and phone calls and support faculty requests or forward requests to appropriate CTLD staff
  • General office support - maintain office and project records (training attendance, certificates, survey/evaluation of assistance)
  • Project work - In collaboration with CTLD staff, modify/develop digital resources (documents, presentations, screencasts, webinars, or other formats)
  • Provide support/assist with CTLD website maintenance, testing and analytics
  • Develop, review, and revise project materials with guidance/supervision of CTLD staff
  • Other duties as assigned

 Required Qualifications

  • Good communication, time management, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills and use of Outlook and MS Office 365 applications
  • Skilled at developing learning resources (documents, presentations, screencasts, webinars)
